Before you write
My ZIP failed to process. What should I include?
The tool name, your browser and OS, and the approximate file size. Do not attach the file itself unless we ask for it.
Do you offer enterprise or API access?
No. Aback ZIP is a static, client-only application by design. There is no API and no backend service.
How quickly will I get a reply?
We usually respond within a few business days.
